Hello! I hope all is well with you! My name is Grayson, and I recently left my job as an outside sales rep and am looking for a family to nanny for! I graduated from UVA in 2022, and spent the July 2022 - July 2024 as a nanny for a family in Charlottesville. I took care of 3 kids ages 7, 5, and a newborn and absolutely loved it! My passion for childcare stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and my desire to make a positive impact on children's lives. I am known for my friendly and approachable personality, which helps me build strong relationships with children and their families. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method to provide updates about their child's day or address any issues that arise. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a safe and structured environment for children. I hold a college degree and have completed both First Aid and CPR training.
