About Ella

Hey! My name is Ella and I am new to the Indy area! I am originally from Minnesota where I earned my degree in child development and family science. I moved to Indy to pursue a career as a child life specialist at Riley. Children's hospital. I helped children and families cope with the challenges of hospitalization, illness, injury, or disability by providing psychosocial support, education, and preparation, and promoting healthy development through play and other activities. I am currently going through a career change which lead me to wanting to find a nanny family because of my love for children! I have made some pretty amazing relationships with nanny families over the past few years using this care app:) I am so excited to find a perfect fit and meet you!
