About Ella

Hi, I'm Ella! I've had 4 years of experience in childcare, and as the eldest daughter, I grew up helping with housekeeping, cooking, and taking care of my younger siblings. This naturally developed my nurturing mindset from an early age. As I got older, I began babysitting and nannying, continuing to apply my caregiving skills outside of home. I'm happy to assist with homework, especially since I graduated as a homeschool student myself, and I understand how to create a supportive learning environment. I also have experience with overnight care, carpooling, and creating structured yet fun agendas for the kids I care for. In my free time, I play guitar and piano, and I enjoy painting and crafting, which I love sharing with the kids as creative activities. I adapt easily to different caregiving styles and always aim to finish each job with happy kids and happy parents! I'm dedicated, reliable, and committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
