About Alyssa

I have worked as a helping hand for busy parents and their children for over four years, and my experience in childcare and household management has directly improved the day-to-day life of the families I have worked for. I feel very passionate about the weight of family and raising children, it is more than just a job but an honor to tend to a new generation. I'm confident that I would make a positive impact as part of your household as well. I have experience in babysitting, ranging from 3 months old to 7 years old. Some of my values are looking for ways to engage in nature, creating bonds that are impactful, and sustaining an environment that is positive, warm, and welcoming. My first job was a lifeguard for 4 years, I have learned CPR for children and infants through Red Cross. I have also finished community college in Illinois then moved to Kauai in September of 2023 with my husband. While I was in college I was studying psychology and enrolled in childhood developmental classes.
