Elizabeth has been our family's nanny for the last five months. She is patient and creative with our three year old son and five year old daughter on the spectrum. She plans wonderful outings for them to keep them busy and engaged. My son's receptive and expressive language have improved so much since he started spending his mornings with Elizabeth. She developed a routine for the kids that helps them cope with transitions in general. She has a lot of experience with kids with special needs and is going to school to become a teacher. One could not ask for a better resume than hers. As my kids will start school soon, our childcare needs have changed. I would not hesitate to hire her again. While we haven't been out of town and needed pet-sitting, Elizabeth is wonderful with cats; ours loves her and she dotes on her own cats.
