Melanie has worked for our family for over a year now and I highly recommend her. She has easily managed all three of our kids with care and kindness. Even when our kids have bad days, she manages to be firm but kind. She is such a blessing to our family. Her responsibilities include helping with the kids laundry and lunch prep, after school care, and transportation to activities. She is trustworthy, honest and a hard worker. I wish we could keep her with us forever.
