About Eli

I'd describe my personality as big, exciting, and studious. I like tutoring because it shows me how I can better teach others and give myself a better understanding of minds. I aspire to be a public education lobbyist, after my time at Rice University, and having some valuable teaching experience will allow me to understand the needs of our public educators. I'm looking for a job where I can connect with the family one-on-one. I started tutoring in High School in AP Environmental Science and Dual Credit Government. In my spare time, I like to play my trombone, hang out with friends, study, and anything I can do in the political world. One thing you should know about me is I am someone with a big personality. I think this helps with the learning process as you can associate knowledge with experiences like a story or funny hand movement. My skills include retaining knowledge, unique approaches to hard questions, and active learning movements.
