About Eliana

Hello! My name is Eliana and I am 19 years old. I love working with babies, toddlers and small children. I am currently working on my degree in psychology and early childhood education at Cuesta College. As a nurturing and responsible childcare provider with two years of experience, I definitely find joy in fostering the growth and development of children. My passion for caregiving stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles. I have a 7-year-old brother and have always happily helped out with watching him, playing with him etc. I would say some of my best qualities are that i'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I'm a great communicator and I love working with children. I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn, play, and grow. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's day and promptly addressing any issues that happen.
