About Rylee

I've always enjoyed caring for and nurturing children, which is why I became a childcare provider. I have 6 years of experience caring for children of various ages, and I'm comfortable caring for up to 3 children at a time. I've taken coursework in early childhood development at Cal Poly, SLO and hold a CPR certification. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, and I have a natural ability to connect with children. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, and I always follow their preferred communication method. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, and I use positive reinforcement to encourage good behavior. I I have ski coached four and 5-year-olds and tutored all ages in high school. I am studying child development in college currently. I hope to have the opportunity to care for your children and provide them with a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
