Elena, is a conscientious, invested and dedicated employee. Working with her is enjoyable. She is capable of being in a supportive role or taking charge when/if needed. She works well with other staff members and is gifted with individuals with exceptional needs. Her ability to sign and speak/write in Spanish is also fantastic.
