Aloha, I have a background as a director and lead teacher of my own outdoor programs called Hello Hills. My experience and passion lies in empowering and encouraging individuals as they grow and learn. I emphasize heavily on social/emotional wellbeing as a foundation, once this safe space is established, there is room for learning, growth and creativity. In addition to running my own programs, I also completed 2 years of substitute teaching. Subject areas I covered for a private k-5 school in Oakland called Park Day School, included Art, Spanish, Gym, 1st-5th grade all subjects.
