We have re-hired Elena to care for our 3-weeks old newborn baby girl for three days a week for over a year after she worked with us earlier caring for our older 4-year old daughter. Elena is excellent with newborns, infants, and toddlers. She has substantial experience, knows developmental stages, sleep patterns, and feeding stages (breast milk/formula, introduction of new foods, healthy feeding habits). Elena is also attentive to baby's development. In our case, she spotted a mild version of torticollis that we later treated with physical therapy. The physical therapy treatment required her active participation and monitoring. Elena is a mother of four kids (lots of her own-family experience!). It is clear that she genuinely loves kids, loves caring and nurturing them, and giving them the opportunity to safely explore the world around them. Both of our daughters love her! I would hire Elena again.
