I have developed various flexible lesson plans for each subject I can assist with - lesson plans based on building concrete understanding of the material, rather than just giving the student the answer. My final intention is that the student reaches the answer on their own, rather than my giving it to them. I am very dedicated to each of my students and want nothing less than success for each of them.
