Hello, My most recent experience was caring for a client that had Alzheimer's disease and I monitored his condition to ensure his well-being. I assisted him with bathing, dressing, eating, incontinence care, administered medication, oral hygiene, walking and personal mobility, transferring to and from his geri chair, bed, or wheelchair, and toileting. I prepared healthy, well-balanced meals and I also ensured the cleanliness in his home in addition to the safety of his surroundings. I was a Residential Manager for an elderly woman in her home. I transported her to doctor appointments, administered her medications, did the grocery shopping, and handled her monthly expenses. I prepared nutritious meals and assisted with personal hygiene.
