Personal Care: Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. 2. Mobility Assistance: Helping with walking, transferring from bed to wheelchair, and preventing falls. 3. Medication Management: Reminding clients to take their prescribed medications, and sometimes assisting with administering them. 4. Light Housekeeping: Helping with cleaning, meal preparation, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment. 5. Companionship: Offering emotional support, engaging in conversation, and providing social interaction. 6. Monitoring Health: Observing and reporting changes in physical or mental health, and ensuring medical instructions are followed.
