Not only I am the mother of a special needs adult child, but have also worked with children and adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities through the ARC of Atlantic County for 13 years. I have over 30 years of professional and personal experience working with the elderly, including my father who is diagnosed with Dementia and Diabetes I am a Holistic Wellness Practitioner/Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, specializing in Hormonal Health. I teach my clients how to support their physical, mental, and emotional health with simple nutrition and lifestyle changes, while losing weight, without dieting. I have continued my education in the field, in order to offer a broad range of services, including Massage Therapy, Detox, meal prepping, and more. I believe that true wellness can only be found when harmony exist between the mind, body, and spirit. I am a Certified Home Health Aide. CPR/First Aid.
