Experienced with autistic clients including medication management, following a care plan, maintenance of skills, documentation of behaviors and seizures. I have worked in a medical setting as a CNA in a children's facility where the children were permanently placed, were physically fragile and had multiple diagnoses including some on the autism spectrum. In my last two positions I was a Support Service worker which included detailed progress notes for each session. Non smoker, comfortable with pets, excellent driving record, background check and references provided. Covid and flu vaccinated. CPR certified. Worked in a behavioral psych hospital for one year prior to moving to Nj. Update: June 2023 Background check, fingerprinted, and TB test through TeamCareNJ completed and can be provided to prospective clients.
