About Dillan

I've always had a passion for caring for children. Ever since I was a kid, I was always the one playing with the younger children in the neighborhood and helping out my younger cousins. I have two years of experience as a childcare provider, and I've worked with children of all ages. I'm very patient and calm, and I love coming up with creative and imaginative activities for children to do. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules, as I believe it's important for children to learn to follow rules and respect authority. In terms of communication with parents, I prefer to follow the parents' preferred method, whether it be verbal communication at pickup, regular updates via text, or phone calls. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time, and I'm experienced with children of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers.
