About Laressa

I'm a childcare provider with six years of experience who absolutely loves working with children and helping them grow. I'm known for my patience, creativity, and ability to connect with kids of all ages. I have experience caring for children from infancy to preteen and am comfortable caring for up to five children at a time. I communicate regularly with parents about their child's day, using written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, or following their preferred communication method. I believe in positive reinforcement and follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules.
