With over a decade of dedicated experience in the field of Montessori education, I have had the privilege of witnessing the transformative power of this approach firsthand. Guiding young minds, fostering creativity, and instilling a lifelong love for learning have been at the core of my teaching philosophy. My patient and friendly nature creates a comfortable atmosphere for the children in my care. I follow the parents' preferred communication method and collaborate with them to ensure their child's needs are met. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time, ensuring they receive personalized attention.
