Hired Derby several months ago and everything seemed to be going great. She appeared to be someone you could really rely on. About 2 weeks she upped and disappeared. Without warning or notice. We made plans for the next 3-4 weekends (based on her availability) and she literally just disappeared and never called. It was so strange and we were so worried about her that we stopped by her home last week just to make sure she was ok because we never expected that, but she wasn’t home. Nothing, I mean nothing took place of her last visit that would make someone behave this way which makes me feel that she was not a very honest person to begin with. My daughter expected to see and grew to love her and even still asks about her but we literally have nothing we can tell her. For that reason alone, please tread lightly when hiring her especially if you have a child that really attaches themselves to the people in their life. Very disappointing!
