I have experience with older adults, I am happy to help them with tasks such as cooking, taking them to medical appointments, personal shopping and other tasks, I like talking and listening to them. I adapt to different work environments and like to help those who need it. Communication, confidentiality, respect and a harmonious environment are important in a job. I started taking care of elderly people 5 years ago I love playing sports, reading, doing yoga and walking in the mountains. I am very happy with a positive attitude.
