About Deniescha

I am a 26-year veteran English Language Arts Teacher who has spent the bulk of my career educating students in urban areas. With a Bachelor of Science in English/Speech Communication, a Master of Education in Reading, and an Education Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership, I have worked in numerous roles in the educational arena. I have spent 15 years of my career teaching English, speech communication, and Reading and Study Skills. During the other 11 years of my career, I have worked as a test coordinator, supporting schools with SAT, ACT, and M-STEP assessments. I have also served as an International Baccalaureate coordinator, and in my spare time, I have tutored for both Sylvan Learning Centers and Reading and Language Arts Centers (now Brainspring) throughout my career. I am skilled and motivated to support your student.
