About Delaney

I am a current PhD student at the University of Pennsylvania, and I'm looking to become a regular babysitter for families in Philadelphia for date night, weddings, concerts, and etc. I have seven years of experience babysitting children of all ages. In recent years I have cared mostly for children 3 years of age and under, including infants. I have parents who can attest to my responsibility and ability to care for babies and children of all ages. My love for children stems from their unique and energetic personalities that keep you on your toes. I would consider myself responsible, patient, kind, and fun. I don't mind running around or getting on the floor to play with kids, and I usually follow their lead for what they want to do. I enjoy going outside, playing games or doing arts and crafts with them. I prioritize open communication with parents, and I believe in following the parents' lead, respecting their parenting style, and ensuring consistency for the child.
