About Deidre

Hi, my name is Deidre! I am a 22-year-old after school director, who has her certification in Early Childhood Education. I have 5 years of experience with children ages infant-8th grade, tk-8th grade in school settings. I have worked in a multilingual school setting with students learning english, along with children who have special needs and varying developmental delays. Currently I am working for CTFF, to coordinate and maintain an enriching after school program for a local middle school. On the side, I work respite care with private clients, for parents and children who need extra support in daily activities. Along with that, I offer tutoring services, and have tutored a handful of struggling students locally/via zoom. Currently, I am looking to transition to working with families full time instead of in a school setting.
