About Declan

Hello! My name is Declan, and I am currently in school at College of Marin taking transferable credits to study Child Psychology. Recently I have been working as an assistant teacher for EC classroom settings, ages 2-6, and some aftercare work for children up to 11, and with classrooms as full as 20. I have worked as an assistant teacher for 2 years and have done some babysitting on the side as well. I love the outdoors and going on hikes or trips to the park, and love staying active with little ones. I am also able to cook, do some light cleaning, and any homework help. My experience in the classroom makes me well prepared to care for multiple children at once on my own, or to provide one on one care. I love to teach movement, coordination, manners, and emotional control, and am prepared to handle any behavioral challenges. I would love to get to know you and your child!
