About Deborah

I'm a mother of 5 children and 5 grandchildren. I taught my children at home for many of their school years so I'm comfortable with tutoring. Recently I've begun to babysit more for my grandchildren. Easygoing, happy, inquisitive. I like working with kids because they are sweet and fun. Even kids who can be ornery at times show their sweet side when they are invested in time and attention. I feel for parents who need help with childcare because sometimes parents need to work, or just have some time for themselves or a date night. I remember when I needed that. I'm looking for a job that fits into the schedule I want. I started working with kids when I became a mom. Now I am a grandma. In my spare time, I like to garden, cook, clean, read. One thing you should know about me is I enjoy making art, poetry, enjoying nature, playing games and helping with chores. My skills include my top priority is keeping the children safe. After that is to engage their minds and have fun.
