About Crystal

I'd describe my personality as outgoing , serious but knows when to have fun, and also sweet. I like working with kids because I grew up having a lot of cousins and just being around them brings me joy. I enjoy getting to work with kids and see their different thought processes and overall personalities. I'm looking for a job that is stable. Flexible and able to work with me if an emergency comes up. Just overall something without any conflict I started working with kids when I was about 11 years old. I used to watch and take care of the kids in my apartment complex during the summer when there parents were at work or had appointments to get to. In my spare time, I like to watch movies, drive around, and go shopping. One thing you should know about me is I'm very familiar with the line of work I am and have seen the worse of it all and I'm fully prepared. My skills include having patience, being understanding, and just letting loose and being able to play around.
