Deborah is everything you want in a Nanny/Care Giver. Patient, caring, attentive and totally open to your child's flow and schedule. We have had her on a recurring weekly schedule with our 2.5 year old little boy and he is always excited to see her. We feel very safe leaving him with him, and know he will get to bed at a good hour.
