About Melanie

I have five years of experience as a Nanny for a child on the autism spectrum, where I worked alongside his care team to develop and implement socialization strategies, healthy coping mechanisms, and created a positive environment suited to his individual needs. I also have one year of experience as a Nanny for a family with three children, ages 5-11, which involved daily transportation and coordinating of their schedules. I have many years of experience babysitting for local families, as well. I will happily prepare healthy meals and snacks, perform care tasks, plan developmentally appropriate enrichment activities and outings, and integrate into your family's home life and routines. I have also taken multiple early child development courses, in addition to a degree in Psychology.
