As a dedicated and experienced childcare provider with three years of experience, I am passionate about nurturing the growth and development of young children. My previous babysitting roles have reinforced my love of working with children, and I am excited to make a positive impact on their lives. My calm and patient personality, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to create a nurturing and engaging environment for children. I believe in open and transparent communication with parents, providing written daily reports, verbal updates at pickup, and regular text or phone call updates. With a strong foundation in early child development coursework, I am comfortable enforcing household rules while following the parents' lead.
