As a natural born teacher, my passion is to make complicated topics simple and understandable. I am patient, highly educated, have taught students at Stanford University and UCLA and look forward to enabling students to maximize their learning success. I'd describe my personality as intelligent, authentic, and curious I like tutoring because knowledge is power and it's delightful to me when the lightbulb goes off and a student understands a new idea for the first time I'm looking for a job that I started tutoring when I've been teaching and tutoring since I graduated with the masters and psychology in 1990 In my spare time, I like to read, play guitar and write music and travel when possible One thing you should know about me is I have an extensive background as a psychologist and in behavioral development as well as ADHD. This enables me to work with a wide range of students My skills include explanation of complex, topics, humor, and a broad knowledge base
