Marsha nannied for us for two years, from when our older two were 4 and 2 to when they were 6 and 4 and we had added a baby to the household. We only parted ways because she moved out of state, and we were all VERY sad to lose her. Marsha has tons of experience with early childhood learning through play and was always introducing fun new games and activities, sensory projects, etc. that the kids loved and often that we were excited to use ourselves as parents. She's a strong communicator who worked with us to make sure that she was following our guidelines and values in providing care to the kids, let us know how things were going generally and specifically when the kids were having difficulties, and talked out feelings, expectations, and strategies with the children themselves to help them solve problems and express their own emotions and needs in more productive ways when necessary. She also went above and beyond to keep the house organized and tidy.
