I had a baby about 4 months ago and had no idea where to start with childcare. My husband and I are transplants with no family in the area. We both work full time and didn't know where to turn for help with this brand new baby. Emma has been a God send. She is extremely professional, sweet, punctual, trustworthy, and knowledgeable about children of all ages but specifically with my newborn/infant. She has even had to do some overnight visits when my husband and I were to exhausted in the first few weeks to function (You know those nights I'm talking about Mamas). She is also very flexible with me as my schedule sometimes changes daily. My son is absolutely in love with her. She works diligently with his to make sure he is actively learning skills that are appropriate for his age and gives me guidance on some of the milestones he should be hitting for his age. While I'm gone, she also helps take care of my first baby (a fur baby), Maddie. Maddie also loves her and gets so excited to see her come in the door. I ran a few things Emma had told me by the pediatrician the other day in regards to sleep, milestones, etc, and my pediatrician was so impressed that Emma was so knowledgeable that she told me to "hold on to her for as long as possible" because "she knows what she is talking about ". She has been like family to us and we appreciate her so much. I highly recommend her and hope that she can stay with our family for many more years to come. <3
