About Daisy

My name is Daisy. I have 10 years of professional childcare experience and a wide variety of skills that contribute to me being a great candidate for your caretaker needs. I'm an upbeat, energetic, and creative individual with a passion for working with children. I'm a flexible, reliable, and communicative employee. I graduated University with a BFA in Art Therapy with a concentration in Photography. I began working with children when I interned as an art therapist in a Montessori School (Pre-K - 5th) in 2014. I later worked in an afterschool setting through Boys and Girls Club where I was responsible for the fifth grade girl group (10-11-year-olds). The past 6 years I've worked as a lead teacher in a pre-school classroom in a HeadStart program. I have experience working with children within a wide range of various abilities, neurodivergence, varying social/economic backgrounds and differing cultures.
