As a dedicated and compassionate individual, I bring a nurturing approach to childcare by focusing on creating a safe, engaging, and supportive space for children to thrive. I have 17 years of experience through babysitting and caring for my friends and families children. In addition, by interacting with different children from different age groups, I've developed a strong ability to connect with children and help them grow into their own person over the years. Apart from my childcare experience, I have a Law degree in Labor Law, which I have used to further my interpersonal skills and serve justice to people. My experience in labor law has equipped me with a firm understanding of safety protocols, fair practices, and clear communication which have all translated into my approach as a nanny. Overall, my foundation in labor law helps me foster a respectful, ethical, and safe environment with parents and overall expectations.
