Hi! My name is Sharila. While I am currently a law student at NYU, I was a preschool teacher for two years. I absolutely love kids, and I miss working with them. Children have a way of seeing and approaching the world that brings out the inner kid in all of us. From art projects, to learning to read and count, to walks in the park, they make everything more interesting! In addition to my experience as a licensed PreK-3rd grade teacher, I also have my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education and I am CPR certified. I know what is developmentally appropriate for children and how to work through different challenges. Moreover, I have experience looking after 20 3-5-year-olds at once, which definitely makes me quite astute. I am excited to get to know you and your family :)
