I am a loving mom who has raised four children. I am also a grandmother of four. I have been a Teacher's Helper, a Camp Counselor, and a tutor and a mentor to many children in my life. All children are a treasure and a gift! I really love kids and I taught ballet for many years to children. I raised a special needs child and she is now living on her own. I believe each child is special, and it is important to consider how each child learns. I believe it is important to give more positive praise than criticism. It is extremely important to build a child's self esteem. I also believe in boundaries for a child's protection. I am exceptionally neat, clean and prompt. I also love animals, dogs, cats, birds, etc. I have had CPR training in the past. I have babysat over the years for many friends and neighbors. I am great with newborns, twins and have taken care of preemie babies.

Cindy worked for us for two years. During that time, she picked our kids up from school every day and took them to various activities including dance, sports and lessons. In addition, she would help with family tasks such as grocery shopping, making dinner, laundry and ironing. She even took care of our dogs. She loves animals. Cindy was an enormous help to our family. But what was most impressive was that she cared for our kids like they were her own. She often brought after school snacks for our kids when I would forget. She taught my daughter to knit and sew and would do fun projects with her like baking cookies. She was ALWAYS on time and dependable. We completely trusted Cindy with our children. Now that our children are older, we don't have the need for a babysitter on a daily basis, however we do plan to use her occasionally from time to time. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO HIRE HER!!! She is amazing and we will miss her so much.
