Hello, I'm Brittany! With over a decade of experience in child development and education, I bring a well-rounded and compassionate approach to childcare. My experience includes assisting my mother in raising my younger brothers and volunteering in Sunday school for 3 to 5-year-olds. Professionally, I have served as a medical assistant in pediatric care for children with special needs, worked in daycare with 3- and 4-year-olds, and led classrooms as a teacher. As a lead teacher in 5th-8th grade science and history, I developed and implemented lesson plans that fostered student engagement and learning. My background as a social worker for children and families with special needs also equips me with expertise in behavioral planning and individualized support.
