Hi! I'm C'Sherica/Cher, a dedicated and nurturing caregiver with over six years of experience working with children. I'm currently earning my Master's in Social Work, and my passion lies in fostering safe and supportive environments for others to thrive. I am also a guest educator for District 65. My background includes working as a 5th-grade reading teacher, a Youth Development Director, Camp Director and Afterschool Director at the YMCA. I've also founded Chering Clarity, a wellness brand focused on personal growth and authenticity. I am comfortable caring for toddlers and older, and I bring patience, structure, and creativity to every role. Whether it's helping with homework, planning engaging activities, or maintaining a structured routine, I prioritize each child's unique needs.
