About Patrice

I hope I can help you and your family! I am currently a nanny to 28-month-old boy/girl twins. I have been with them since they were 3 months old. Prior to my current nanny position I was a nanny for a family of three children. I was with that family for three years. In addition, I have worked at a in-home play care which had 5-7 children, ages ranging from newborn to four. I completed two years of elementary education courses and was a cite director for a toddler program at a Park District for 3 years. I am extremely patient and believe in using learning activities such as arts and crafts, sensory projects, and sports (depending on age) to stimulate and engage children, all while having fun. I feel that structure and organization are key for children to thrive, grow and be happy. I am very fun natured but believe in proper discipline when appropriate and in correlation with parents methods. I'm 100% able and willing to partake in household chores. I'm a non-smoker and have no pets. I'm an excellent driver, I have never had a speeding ticket or accident. I have a reliable insured vehicle and have two car seats.
