Crystal was phenomenal! She was so patient and kind with my girls, and she did a great job helping my husband care for our house while I was deployed. The only reason we are not keeping her is that we are transferring to an area where we cannot have a live-in caregiver. I wish we had found her much sooner than we did. Unlike many nannies her age, she was dependable, stable, calm, and did everything exactly the way we wanted her to do it. Please feel free to contact me anytime for a personal referral.
