I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, which motivated me to become a caregiver. With several years of experience, I'm confident in caring for one to three child at a time and assisting families from all walks of life. My calm and patient nature allows me to easily connect with children. I'm also creative and imaginative, which helps make learning fun and engaging. I am open -minded and easy to communicate. with. My skills include: First Aid training, CPR training, work with Autistic children, and children with Type 1 Diabetes. I have worked with children of all ages ( for several years as a School Police Officer). I enjoy building a positive relationship with kiddos. I honestly have learned a lot from children that I have met as a school officer. I can help with carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I've known Eliya since 2021 when I first moved out to DFW area. I moved from California and didn't know anyone. I was lucky enough to befriend her and have her available to care for my daughter then. She's always been amazing with her. My kiddo would ask over and over when she would get to have Ms. Eliyah care for her because she was so much fun and always had ideas to keep her busy and entertained. In 2022 I had my second child and, well, with two kiddos things got pretty hard... but Eliyah was always there to help take care of my kiddos when ever we needed, without question. She has been there for my family for emergencies and she never made me feel guilty for calling last minute. My son is a very active boy and for me it is hard to keep him entertained. For Eliyah it's just easy, it's simply second nature for her. She keeps him happy with playing his favorite activities. For example, they played with playdough for an hour. She was able to keep him engaged and happy with it when I haven't figured out how myself. Yes, you heard that right... a whole hour. That made me so happy because she isn't just watching them but she is caring for them. When I come home after she watches my kiddos I feel so much love, and that is all I could ever ask for.
