I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, which led me to become a childcare provider. My patient and calm demeanor creates a nurturing environment where children feel safe and supported. With creativity and imagination, I make learning fun and engaging. My friendly and approachable nature allows me to build strong relationships with children and their families. I believe in open and regular communication with parents, providing verbal updates at pickup and sending text or phone call updates as needed. I adapt to the parents' preferred communication method to ensure their needs are met. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead, ensuring consistency and respecting their parenting style. I enjoy playing all sorts of games with children! I have also worked on an inpatient peds floor in a hospital the last two years and now I am going to school for elementary education to be a teacher!
