My passion for childcare stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, where I discovered my calling to positively impact children's lives and support families. My patient, calm, and friendly nature allows me to create a welcoming atmosphere for children. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing written daily reports, engaging in verbal communication at pickup, and offering regular updates via text or phone calls. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, ensuring consistency and respect for family values.
