I'm a childcare provider with a passion for nurturing children's growth and development. With seven years of experience, I've had the privilege of working with children of all ages. My most recent role (2021-current) involves providing intensive one-on-one therapy to children diagnosed with autism, which has deepened my understanding of how to create a nurturing and supportive environment. I am patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing written daily reports, verbal updates at pickup, and regular text or phone call updates. My approach to enforcing household rules is gentle but firm, ensuring a safe and consistent environment for the children in my care. When it comes to activities, I focus on educational games that promote learning, as well as crafts and play-led learning. My goal is to provide a stimulating and enriching experience for each child, fostering their natural curiosity and love for learning.
