I believe in open and honest communication with parents and am happy to provide regular updates on their child's day. I follow the parents' preferred communication method, whether it's verbal communication at pickup, regular text updates, or phone calls. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as directed by the parents. I believe that children thrive in a structured environment, and I'm happy to help them learn and grow by following the rules.
