About Cindy

I'm a dedicated and experienced educator with over 30 years of teaching experience across grades K through 8. Holding a Master's degree in guidance counseling plus 45 additional credits, I have a deep passion for fostering student growth in both academic and personal development. I specialize in tutoring science, English, Reading, Writing, and intensified phonics, and use extensive knowledge and expertise to help students excel. I'm committed to the profession of education and have a nurturing approach. I'd describe my personality as flexible, outgoing, and humorous I like tutoring because it allows me to work one on one with students and use my expertise of education to move my students along and reach learning goals. In my spare time, I attend my son's football, lacrosse and baseball games. Visit my daughter at Ohio State and post book clubs. My skills include teaching, reading to young children, reading, comprehension, and writing multi paragraph essays.
