Cindy is a GEM! She literally saved me in a time that I desperately needed help, she is so friendly, warm, and welcoming. My son absolutely LOVES her, and so do I. A reference I called on her said the same thing and couldn't recommend her enough. She goes above and beyond and even helps tidy around the house even though I told her it was not necessary, but it was greatly appreciated. Cindy knows her stuff when it comes to babies and she definitely helped my son develop by reading to him, talking to him about what she was doing or he was doing, going for walks in the stroller, playing outside with the dogs, and was actively engaged with my son at all times. She truly loves babies and enjoys her time with them. Cindy is also so personable I found myself often just chatting with her and consider her a friend. She will always be welcome in my home weather it's for continued babysitting opportunities or just to come hang out and chat. She's always punctual, has excellent communication skills, and has a desire to help as well as get those baby snuggles in. 10/10
