We hired Jemima to be our nanny from Sept 2021 through Aril 2022 when she moved away. She took care of our twin sons from the age of 1 to 2.5. During the 19 months Jemima was with us she became someone we could completely rely on to care for our children. Professional, prompt, enthusiastic, calm, knowledgeable, anticipated needs, always went above and beyond with picking up around the house and meal prepping. Jemima was the best person we could have ever hired and if she hadn't moved away we'd still be using her. She is very respectful of your family's rules and will implement them. She has the biggest heart for children and will treat them like they are her own. She made decisions daily that made my life easier (putting things away, taking initiative to cook things not even on the list, new crafts and games and ideas for the kids). She became family and will forever remain part of our family. During this time, our family went through a terrible tradgedy when my husband got West Nile Virus and is not paralyzed in a hospital (for the last 9 months). Jemima was there for it all. She came extra days, stayed late, came early, etc. She is just the most intuitive and reliable and extra giving person I've ever met. I could literally write a book about how great she is. Hire her. You won't regret it.
